THE STARTING POINT

You want better results.
Does your team know how to get there?

“We need to do more” leaves the key questions unanswered: which result, by when, and who contributes? And how will that achievement be recognised?

01

Goals remain vague.

People need clear priorities and targets they can influence through their everyday work.

02

Progress only becomes clear at month-end.

Seeing the gap to the target in time lets managers and teams discuss progress and adjust their approach.

03

There is a reward, but the criteria are unclear.

Linking rewards to shared rules helps explain which results and contributions your company wants to recognise.

GOALS, RESULTS, REWARDS

A path to better performance. Together with your team.

Define what you want to improve, make it measurable and connect recognition to results. RETAIKO is designed to bring these steps together in the daily work of every location.

There is more than one way to measure productivity.

THE PILOT PROGRAMME

Start with a goal.
Measure the improvement.

We are selecting a small group of businesses to work with on goals and rewards.

Bring a result you want to improve: productivity, margin, quality or team engagement. Together, we define the starting point, the rules and how to assess the outcome.

Put your business forward

Capacity is limited because each business receives direct support. Specific terms are agreed before you start.

What we work on together

  • 01
    A goal and a baseline

We identify a practical use case, useful indicators and the data to start from.

  • 02
Clear rules, shared with the team

We work on connecting intended results, contributions and reward criteria.

  • 03
A guided trial with results to assess

We configure the available features, follow progress and feedback, and compare the outcome against the starting point.

Early access and direct onboarding. Your needs help shape development priorities.

START WITH THE RIGHT FIT

Want to improve results together with your people?

We prioritise businesses with two or more locations, measurable data and a contact ready to work on goals and feedback.

Let’s talk if…

  • You want to introduce or clarify goals and reward criteria.
  • You are looking for a practical way to improve productivity, margin or quality.
  • You want managers and teams involved in achieving results.
  • You can share baseline data and take part in a guided trial.

It may be less suitable if…

  • You only need attendance tracking, payroll or accounting.
  • You have no data to measure and no plans to start collecting it.
  • You cannot assign a contact to work with the team.

If there is a fit, we agree on indicators, scope, commitment and terms.

  4. 04

    Set up the process

THE NEXT STEP

Even if you are starting from scratch.

You can apply without an established reward scheme. On the call, we review your goal, available data and fit with the programme.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Frequently asked
questions.

How can RETAIKO help improve productivity?

The process starts with clear goals and relevant indicators. Following progress helps identify where to act; shared reward criteria make explicit the contribution your company wants to recognise. In the pilot, we use data to assess whether and where this work leads to improvements. No automatic or guaranteed increase is promised.

Do we need an existing reward scheme?

No. You can apply to clarify an existing scheme or to build your first approach. During the call, we define what to try based on your available data and the product features that can be activated for the pilot.

Are the goals only about sales?

No. The pilot can address productivity, margin, quality and operational consistency. We choose a small number of indicators that are relevant to the work and that people can influence, taking each location’s context into account.

Are rewards individual or team-based?

The process can consider both, depending on your use case. Before the trial, we agree on goals, timeframe, criteria and verification. Your company decides the type, amount and award of rewards.

Does RETAIKO replace our point-of-sale or payroll software?

No. RETAIKO is designed to connect operational data, goals and rewards alongside your existing tools. Payroll and reward payments remain part of your company’s dedicated processes.

Do we need to change our POS?

The pilot is designed to start with the data and tools you already use, through guided collection and imports. During the call, we check the formats and data available for your case.

Is it suitable for a single location?

It can be, if you have several teams or recurring processes. Priority goes to businesses with two or more locations, where shared goals and performance reviews require more coordination.

Is the pilot free?

Pilot terms depend on the use case, business size and level of support required. We share them before you start: applying does not commit you to a purchase.

How many places are available?

Capacity is limited because the pilot includes direct onboarding and support. Applications are reviewed for priority and fit with the programme.

Are all modules already available?

RETAIKO is in development. The modules shown describe the product direction; the features to activate and test are agreed for each pilot. Selected companies help shape development priorities.
